Terms and Conditions

1. Services offered

Sunshine Kids offers mobile childcare in Mallorca – loving, flexible, and reliable. Care is provided directly at the family's home: in hotels, holiday homes, or another pre-arranged location. Our qualified caregivers ensure safety, joy, and sensitive support.

2. Booking and conclusion of contract

Bookings can be made via our contact form, email, or telephone. A binding contract is formed upon our written booking confirmation. By booking, the customer (parent/guardian) accepts these terms and conditions.

3. Prices and Payment

The prices agreed at the time of booking apply.
In addition, we charge a travel allowance of €0.40 per kilometer driven for arrival and departure.
Payment is made in advance by bank transfer or in cash on site – unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation and Withdrawal

Free cancellation up to 7 days before the start of care.

Up to 48 hours in advance: 50% of the agreed fee

Less than 48 hours in advance: 100% of the fee

In case of no-show or short-notice cancellation without a valid reason, the full amount is due. In case of illness with a doctor's certificate, a discretionary decision may be made.

5. Liability

Our caregivers act with the utmost care and responsibility. Nevertheless, we accept no liability for damages, accidents, or injuries that occur outside our control. Parents are liable for damages caused by their child.

6. Health Information

Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, medications, or behavioral issues before care begins. Only with this information can we provide safe and tailored care.

7. Insurance

Our caregivers have valid liability insurance. Parents are responsible for any additional insurance coverage (e.g., private accident insurance for the child).

8. Data protection

All personal data will be treated confidentially and used exclusively for processing your request. It will not be shared with third parties. Please see our privacy policy for detailed information.

9. Place of jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction is Palma de Mallorca. Spanish law applies.
